We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Supervisor to lead our financial operations, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and oversee accounting processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a solid background in finance and taxation.

Requirements:





Bachelor's/Diploma in Accounting, Taxation, or related field (Tax Brevet A/B preferred).



Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax as Sr. Staff/Supervisor.



Proficient in English and MS Office (Excel) & Coretax.



Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, AR/AP, and tax regulations.



Strong leadership, analytical skills, and high responsibility for accuracy & deadlines.

Responsibilities :





Prepare & analyze financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Budgeting). Oversee daily financial operations, tax filings, and general ledger.



Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage filings (PPh Badan, PPh 21, 23, VAT) using Coretax.



Supervise & mentor junior finance staff (AP/AR, tax assistants).



Monitor SOP implementation, bank reconciliation, and financial transaction accuracy.
