Supervisor Gudang

Job Description :

1. Supervise daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.

2. Manage inventory control to monitor stock levels, usage, and timely replenishment.

3. Oversee warehouse maintenance and safety to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

4. Lead and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.

5. Manage inventory management, logistics coordination, stock checking, and document verification.

6. Manage ensuring all warehouse procedures comply with GMP standards, regulations, and company policies

7. Help maintain the warehouse in an inspection-ready condition, adhering to safety and regulatory requirements

8. Manage proper handling and storage of products according to documentation and work instructions.

9. Provide initial and ongoing training to warehouse personnel to ensure SOP compliance

10. Coordinate with QA/QC teams on inspections and investigations related to warehouse deviations

11. Monitor and ensure accurate and complete warehouse operational documentation

12. Report daily activities, issues, and progress to the Warehouse Manager

13. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes as directed by management

14. Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Qualification :

1. Professional degree in pharmacy - Pharmacist license

2. Minimum 2 years experience in the same field

3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken

3. Comprehension of GDP

4. Familiar with ERP

5. Able to make WH's documents

6. Strong leadership
