Supervisor Lapangan

Experience & Qualifications:

• Relevant Experience: Experience in construction, facilities management, or other related industries. Typically, at least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.

• Educational Qualifications: A degree or certification in a related field (e.g., construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or project management). Alternatively, vocational training or equivalent work experience might be acceptable.

• Health & Safety Training: Knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk assessments, and safety practices.

• First Aid/CPR Certification: In some cases, this may be required for managing on- site accidents.

Technical Skills:

• Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay within scope, time, and budget.

• Quality Control: Ensuring that all work meets the specified standards and quality expectations.

• Technical Expertise: Understanding of construction methods, materials, and systems relevant to the project.

• Knowledge of Tools/Equipment: Familiarity with the use and maintenance of tools and equipment on site.

Leadership & Communication:

• Leadership: Ability to supervise and manage teams of workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. This includes delegation, motivating, and resolving conflicts.

• Team Management: Experience with managing diverse teams, ensuring productivity and safety.

• Clear Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders (e.g., clients, architects, contractors, employees). This includes written communication (e.g., reports, documentation) and verbal communication.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly address and resolve issues that arise on-site (e.g., delays, accidents, equipment failure).

Scheduling: Overseeing and coordinating the schedule of work to ensure deadlines are met.

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring that everything is done to specification and with high- quality standards.
