Requirements : - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law; - Minimum 7 years experience or 3 years as Supervisor Legal in Law Firm or company; - Have PERADI License / Lawyer Certificate (will be a plus); - Have experience with corporate legal matters (such as : drafting, reviewing legal permits and agreements, documents, and litigation); - Good proficiency in English both oral & written; - Detail-oriented and meticulous. Responsibilities : - Drafting and reviewing all types of agreements, preparing Memorandums, Powers of Attorney, and other legal instruments required for contract execution; - Maintaining good communication with the Company's stakeholders regarding the drafting of Deeds and agreements required by the Company; - Supporting the operational team by providing an understanding of legal issues that could potentially arise in the company's operational activities; - Coordinating with external parties, such as legal consultants, notaries, tax consultants, financial institutions (banks), government agencies and other authorized agencies; - Manage and maintain company legal archives, including contracts, legal correspondence, and other important documents; - Monitoring the development of new regulations that may impact company operations and providing recommendations for necessary policy changes.
