Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are looking for a Head of Operations Offline to lead our multi-store F&B expansion. You will be responsible for overseeing store managers, optimizing P&L, and ensuring all outlets meet our high operational standards. Experience in site selection and managing a large team is essential.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Exercises full accountability for daily operations across all outlets, ensuring consistent quality standards and service excellence at every location

  • Oversees Profit & Loss statements, monitors GMV, and optimizes profitability through strategic operational cost efficiencies.

  • Directs and supervises Store Managers (店长) while ensuring seamless coordination among all personnel.

  • Develops and enforces Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) pertaining to hygiene, customer service, and production workflows.

Technical Requirements

  • Capable of designing competitive compensation and benefit schemes for the operational team.

  • Proven track record in site selection and coordinating store fit-outs for new locations.

  • Collaborates with the Procurement Partner (采购伙伴) to guarantee a steady supply of raw materials across all branches.

  • Ensures all outlets possess necessary permits, including operational certifications and legal identity registrations.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the F&B or retail industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed mass expansion projects.

  • Willingness to travel between store locations for market research and field coordination, supported by a provided operational vehicle allowance.

  • Highly skilled in negotiating compensation offerings and bridging communications between corporate management and field staff.

  • Proficient in managing operational expenditures (e.g., fuel costs or procurement) to prevent overlapping with other business agendas.

  • English is a Must
