Qualifications & Experience: 1. Minimum Education: Associate Degree (D3) in Electrical Engineering 2. Age: 27 Years 3. Gender: Male 4. Minimum Skills: Experience in handling several projects related to Conveyor Systems, Shiploaders, and Crushing Plants 5. Minimum Experience: Preferably 5 years of experience in similar projects 6. Preferred: Possess competency certificates (AK3, Work at Height) 7. Experience: Previous experience handling conveyor mining projects Tasks & Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with the Site Manager (SM) for creating Project Budgets, Work Procedures, Work Schedules, Manpower Schedules, and Work Reports. 2. Organize and manage the Civil Team (Subcontractors) involved in the project. 3. Group material requirements according to installation locations. Prepare material and civil tool requests on site. 4. Supervise and ensure that installed items meet the specifications and foundation drawings. 5. Resolve any troubleshooting or civil issues that arise.
