Job Desc : 

Assiting replenishment associates on calculating regular and adhoc replenishment plan, as well as doing order submissions to suppliers 

Coordinate internally with Central Warehouse team, Merchandising team, and externally with suppliers for order inbound scheduling 

Assist the team on generating weekly reports and updates

Requirements : 

Diploma/ Bachelor degree from any majors, preferrably STEM related majors, business, or finance 

Familiar with Microsoft Excel is a must 

Familiar with Google workspace 

Strong attention to details 

Able to communicate effectively with multiple teams 

Familiar with any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferrably Odoo, is a plus 

Familiar with Microsoft Power BI is a plus

Placement : Jakarta Contracts : 12 Months
