Sutradara Short Drama / Film

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Responsible for directing short dramas, including script organization and confirmation, preparation and planning production, on-site filming, and ensuring the delivery of the final product.

2. Able to approach projects with the point of view of a producer, considering budget constraints, resource allocation, and overall project feasibility.

3. Understand how to manage timelines and shooting schedules efficiently, ensuring that all aspects of production stay on track.

4. Coordinate and communicate with various departments, adjust script readings, casting, handle costumes and props, and manage overall project communication and coordination during the pre-production phase.

5. Skilled in on-site control and direction during filming, ensuring effective execution of the shoot, following up throughout the filming process, and resolving various unforeseen situations.

6. Supervise the post-production process, organize and guide the editing of the filmed footage, and make decisions regarding the selection of material, background music, color grading, and other elements according to the requirements of the short drama.

7. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

2. Experience working on a film or webseries project as a director or producer.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

4. A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across various mediums, with a focus on strategic thinking, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.

7. Experience in overseeing the entire production process, from pre-production to post-production, with an understanding of both creative and logistical challenges.
