System Administrator & IT Support

Job Description :

• Responsible for the data entry, functioning, maintenance and development of all company software's like jambix & talenta.

• Responsible for the functioning and management of all online media ( website, instagram, linked in facebook and so on ).

• Responsible for the functioning and management of all email structures.

• Responsible for the functioning and structure of data storage like google drive and others.

• Responsible for storage and management of company's data. • Oversee data security and implement cybersecurity measures.

• Conduct regular system maintenance, backups and implement disaster recovery plans.

• Responsible for functioning and safety of all company's IT related hardware's and software's.

• Responsible for the communication and socializing of information, updates or tutorials among relevant staff or department.

• Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and applications.

• Possible development of our own data software ERP.

• Ensure network and server stability and efficiency.

• Coordinate with vendors and manage software / hardware installations and upgrades.

• Create team and SOP to implement and manage tasks.

• Any other task logically residing under this responsibility.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

• Technical Expertise : in- depth knowledge of operating system, networking, troubleshooting

• Knowledge about wordpress and web design.

• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa and English.

• Demonstrates a strong service-oriented mindset.

• Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.

• Project management certification or experience.
