Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) - Have minimum 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role - Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions, preferably across multiple departments or industries - Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers - Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being a self-starter - Experience with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, etc - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS/ATS systems - Team Supervision: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters, providing direction (if needed), and feedback to ensure team success and continuous development - Sourcing & Candidate Attraction: Oversee candidate sourcing, ensuring the use of a variety of channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, etc.) to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates - End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, interviewing, candidate selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers - Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on recruitment best practices, including candidate screening, interviewing techniques, and selection criteria - Reporting: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) to ensure hiring goals are being met. Provide regular updates to HR leadership and suggest process improvements - Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication, timely feedback, and fostering a professional and welcoming environment - Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards in the recruitment process. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage
