Talent Support & Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain extensive partnerships with vocational schools (SMK) to ensure effective collaboration in talent distribution programs.

• Establish strategic relationships with companies across various sectors to absorb graduates into their workforce.

• Foster collaborations with industrial zones to strengthen Gamelab’s ecosystem and expand its reach.

• Monitor and ensure significant absorption of graduates into partner companies through structured programs.

• Organize and execute multiple Virtual Job Fairs annually to create job placement opportunities for graduates.

• Act as the primary point of contact for talent-related inquiries, supporting graduates and industry partners throughout the hiring process.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training programs align with industry needs and partner expectations.

• Track and analyze metrics related to partnerships, talent placement, and program outcomes, preparing regular reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

• Min. 3 years of experience in talent management, industry relations, or partnership development.

• Proven track record of building and managing partnerships with schools, companies, or industrial zones is a strong advantage.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills for building long-term partnerships.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Data-driven mindset, capable of tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance metrics.

• Proficiency in using tools for organizing events such as Virtual Job Fairs.

• Passionate about education and talent development, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English (written and spoken).
