Tax Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Check commercial invoice against packing List, delivery note & BC4.0

• Issue toll related tax invoices to customers

• Calculate processing fees and create processing fees invoices in ERP

• Check supplier tax Invoices and related input VAT and input supplier invoices into ERP (A/P entry)

• Reconcile local sales/delivery report against LV system sales reports in month end

• Check inventory reports against stock transaction reports in ERP

• Calculate raw materials usage at month end for management reports

• Check and verify PPh 21, PPh 23 and other taxes against tax system (CORETAX)

• Calculate PIT on monthly payroll

• Submit VAT, CIT and other tax reports into tax system (CORETAX)

• Coordinate with Tax Department on daily tax matters

Qualifications

• D3 or S1 Finance/Accounting/Management

• 3 Years or more related experiences

• Familiar tax laws and regulations

• Good knowledge of inventory control and costing

• Advance users of MS Offices, CORETAX
