REQUIRMENTS: - Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, especially in multifinance (preferably in heavy equipment financing/industrial leasing) - Ensure compliance with OJK regulations, Indonesian tax laws, and financial reporting standards - Manage corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other tax-related matters - Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to align with regulatory and company requirements - Prepare and review financial statements, tax reports, and annual budget plans in line with OJK requirements - Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia JOB DESCRIPTION: - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and general accounting activities - Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and compliance reports - Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments - Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow - Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis - Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
