Tax & Accounting Supervisor

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (S1/D3) in Taxation, Accounting, or Financial Management, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and financial taxation, with at least 2 years as a Supervisor.

• Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian taxation regulations.

• Understanding of accounting principles, financial ratios, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Proficiency in accounting and financial software such as Accurate, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data analysis tools.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of basic accounting transactions.

• Brevet A & B certification is preferred.

• Experience in financial audits, internal controls, and risk management.

• Ability to analyze financial statements and provide insights for management decision-making.

• Experience in improving efficiency in financial systems and accounting procedures.

• Hands-on experience in internal and external audits with a good understanding of audit processes.

• Expertise in cash management, cost control (COGS, Overhead Costs, Variable Costs, Fixed Costs, and Cost Efficiency).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Proactive in identifying issues and providing effective solutions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet target deadlines.

• High level of integrity, accuracy, responsibility, and commitment.

• Proficiency in Hokkien or Mandarin is a plus.
