Job Description:

Assist the lead teacher in managing the classroom environment, including maintaining order and discipline among students.

Support the delivery of lessons and instructional materials under the guidance of the lead teacher, which may include helping students with assignments, explaining concepts, or facilitating small group activities.

Provide additional support to students who need extra attention, including those with special educational needs or language barriers.

Prepare materials and resources for lessons, such as photocopying worksheets, setting up equipment, and organizing educational materials.

Accurately maintain classroom records, including attendance, grades, and other important data, ensuring that records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

Update and maintain the student database with current information, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of student records for efficient administrative processes.

Be prepared to assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirement:

Minimum 1 year of experience (Fresh graduates with fluency in English are welcome to apply!).

Strong leadership and experience in training teachers is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, flexible, and proactive.
