Teacher

Qualification: * Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field. A background in Islamic Studies or related certifications is highly desirable. * Prior experience teaching in an early childhood setting, preferably within an Islamic school or international curriculum environment. * Familiarity with Islamic teachings, values, and practices, and the ability to integrate them into daily classroom activities. * Strong understanding of child development stages, especially for preschool-age children. * Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English. * Proficiency in using technology in an educational context to support learning and engage students. * Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children. * A positive role model for students, embodying Islamic values and ethics. * Ability to work collaboratively with all staff. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the international curriculum while incorporating Islamic teachings and values. * Integrate Islamic values, principles, and concepts of adab into everyday classroom activities and routines. * Facilitate hands-on, experiential learning activities, including play-based and conceptual learning strategies. * Observe and assess each child's development, including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. * Maintain accurate records of each child's progress, identifying strengths and areas needing additional support. * Use various assessment methods, including observation, checklists, and informal assessments, to monitor children's progress.
