Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Deskripsi pekerjaan :

  • Lead the contact center agents in providing services & assistance to customers

  • Coaching and counselling on a regular basis

  • Help ensure the monitoring function to achieve the target/KPI's including service quality and agent productivity

  • Escalate any issues that cannot be directly handled by the agent

  • Perform reporting daily, weekly, and monthly activities to supervisor

Kualifikasi :

  • Man/Woman max 32 years

  • At least had Bachelor Degree in any major

  • At least had GPA 2,75 of 4.00

  • Had experience as Team Leader Contact Center at least 1 year specialize in customer care/live chat/social media services

  • Fluently in English is a plus

  • Able to work in shift

  • Able to work on site in Semarang (WFO)

  • Good communication skills, leadership skills, and attractive personality

  • Good analysis skills, organizing skills, and coaching skills
