Tech Sr. Solution Manager Track & Trace

- 8+ years of experience in IT, solution management, technology delivery or product management in a global organization. - Strong expertise in Track & Trace, serialization, regulatory-driven supply chain solutions or related manufacturing and logistics technologies. - Solid understanding of Track & Trace processes, PMI 10C policy and key regulatory requirements such as EU TPD. - Proven ability to manage global technology solutions, including roadmap definition, prioritization, delivery governance and deployment readiness. - Experience translating business and regulatory needs into clear technology roadmaps, solution priorities and implementation plans. - Ability to partner with architecture, cybersecurity and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable and auditable solutions. - Experience with cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, enterprise integrations, APIs, data, analytics and modern digital technologies. - Strong leadership in global, matrixed environments, including collaboration with business stakeholders, Tech teams, vendors and partners. - People leadership experience, including managing direct reports and consultants as well as remote teams. - Strong financial, vendor and partner management capabilities, including budget discipline and delivery performance management. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing and executive presentation skills. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering. - Certification in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, PMP or Product Owner certification is an advantage.
