Technical Project Manager

EventCHI is a global event-tech company based in the Netherlands, now expanding in Bali. We’ve built a powerful, modular microservice platform for the event industry, featuring blockchain NFT ticketing, seamless payments, and AI integration. Our stack includes Kafka, Kubernetes, Vault, Redis, MongoDB, React.js, and React Native.

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead Agile development, optimize delivery, and manage engineering performance using tools like Linear and our internal Performance Management App.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Agile Projects
  Break down tech tasks, track progress, manage risks, ensure timely delivery and driving cross-functional collaboration between developers, and designers.

• Drive Performance
  Set OKRs, track goals, and lead 1:1s using performance data from Linear.
  Create reports, support feedback processes, and help the team grow.

  Key Responsibilities

• Agile Software Project Leadership

• Run Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

• Break technical requirements into actionable project tasks and milestones.

• Track delivery through metrics like velocity, sprint completion, and blockers.

• Collaborate with developer to ensure architecture, security, and scalability are prioritized.

• Manage risks, communicate progress to stakeholders, and keep teams focused.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years managing technical software projects

• Strong Agile experience (Linear, JIRA, Notion, etc.)

• Familiarity with backend tech (Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, GCP)

• Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills

• Interest in AI is a big plus

• Experience with OKRs and performance tools
