Job Descriptions: • Build-up a significant business with Bakels Flour Ingredients for the Flour Millers in Indonesia with Flour Correctors and Flour Fortification Solutions based on market assessment (growing market), and business development plan meeting annual budget (KPI's). • Mapping of the Flour Milling Industry in Indonesia (market intelligence) and play active role in the Flour Milling Industry Community with an opinion lead function (Associations, IAOM, etc.). • Develop an excellent long-term relationship with industrial Flour Millers (focus) and some industrial customers thereof like industrial bakeries, noodles and wafers processors. • Collaborate strongly based on a provided guideline with Bühler Head Millers Service team based on joint Solutions approach by target milling customers in Indonesia (focus) and possibly in other countries. • Provide expertise about wheat quality, flour specification, flour quality improvement and application of Flour Ingredients developed at BGFI with guidance of the Head of the Flour Ingredients business for SEA • Increase Sales of Flour Ingredients & Flour Fortification Premixes in the Indonesian market significantly. • To monitor, progress and provide crucial market information, feedback and ideas which can promote further development of Bakels Flour Ingredients Business • To create awareness and build up reputation of Bakels Flour Ingredients into the Flour Milling Industry. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years commercial experience in Milling Business with excellent credibility within the Flour Milling community. • Good understanding of the Flour Milling process, different wheat varieties and evaluation of wheat flour qualities for different industrial applications • Milling School Education, Food Sciences, Knowing Food Processing Industries focus, Bakeries, Noodles, Pasta. • Experienced in Technical Sales of Flour Ingredients for Millers and Industrial Bakeries • Basic knowledge of Flour ingredients and enzymes application is an advantage, training will be provided. • Basic Grain and Flour analytics knowledge and knowing flour quality parameters and flour specifications. • Expertise in Industrial Flour Milling and Industrial Bakeries with application support. • Basic knowledge of raw ingredients functionality would be an advantage which can support in formula/recipe building.
