What you’ll be doing: 

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the technician team. 

Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to team members. 

Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and task allocation for technicians. 

Conduct quality control on repairs and maintenance work to meet company standards. 

Support technicians with complex troubleshooting, offering expertise on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or structural issues. 

Ensure timely resolution of all major maintenance or repair issues, minimizing downtime. 

Coordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance work and supervise external repair jobs. 

Collaborate with the Property/Engineering Manager to refine workflows and procedures. 

 Inventory & Resource Management Maintain an updated record of company inventory, tools, and landlord-owned equipment. 

Actively resolve tenant-reported issues and provide updates to the Property/Engineering Manager and Operations team. 

What makes you a great fit: 

High school diploma or technical certification. 

Min. 3 years of experience in a similar technician role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Hands-on experience in property maintenance and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil domains.
