Teknisi Facility Maintenance

We are looking for a dedicated MEP Technician to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our facilities in Umalas, Bali, with the details;

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) operations, including routine checklists.

• Ensure all mechanical equipment (air conditioners, water pumps, water heaters, etc.) are functioning properly.

• Maintain sports facilities, including tennis courts, padel courts, and gym areas, to meet operational standards.

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility equipment.

• Handle installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth MEP operations.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a technician.

• Willing to be placed in Umalas, Bali.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

• Detail-oriented, efficient, and proactive.

• Honest, disciplined, and committed to good work ethics.
