Telemarketing - Solo

Job Desc

• Engage Tier 3-5 agent via WA & Telesales

• Engagement count if the message has been read and agent reply the message

• Share the new information related to product, benefit of upgrade tier, promo and upcoming events

• Invite the potential agent to WAG community

• Invite the agent to online class

• Report the engagement via shared g-form

• Share the findings during the online touch the next day on morning briefing session with sales manager

• Target : 1000 touch online / day (by blasting chat & phone call)

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (S1) is required.

• Preferably has experience in Sales or Marketing, especially within the consumer goods industry.

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in leading and motivating teams.

• Must have a smartphone and be proficient in using digital applications relevant to fieldwork and reporting.

• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and communicate effectively.

• Highly motivated and enthusiastic about fieldwork, with the readiness to conduct routine daily visits and manage online community engagement.

• Must own a private vehicle and have in-depth knowledge of the local city area for efficient visit activities.

• Ability to prepare and deliver detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management

Placement : Solo (Hartono)

Contract : 3 months
