Qualifications: * Diploma/Bachelor’s degree and relevant industry experience are a plus * Fresh graduates are welcome * Minimum 6 months experience in telesales/telemarketing/sales/customer service * Proven sales target achievement (phone-based preferred) * Strong communication & negotiation skills * Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player * Basic English speaking & good English writing skills
Responsibilities: * Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone/email * Promote products and explain features & benefits * Identify customer needs and handle objections * Support product setup and usage * Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records
