Property Business Development

Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and communicative Property Business Development professional to help grow our client base and support our sales efforts. This role involves managing potential leads, conducting telesales, analyzing pricing, and ensuring the client pipeline is active and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telesales to offer our services to potential clients while managing and responding to inquiries via chat to provide accurate and helpful information

• Assist in pricing decisions based on market trends and available data

• Regularly update and maintain the lead database to ensure accuracy and relevance

• Follow up with potential leads and maintain strong relationships to build trust and increase conversion opportunities

• Schedule meetings or property visits between potential clients and relevant teams

• Analyze incoming leads to determine the best sales approach

• Source additional leads when needed to ensure sales targets are met

Qualifications:

• Holds a minimum of an Associate’s Degree (D3) or higher in any relevant field

• Experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field

• Background in property or banking is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with the apartment sector or prior experience working with apartments is a plus

• Strong communication and persuasion skills; comfortable interacting via phone and chat

• Able to manage lead data efficiently and apply basic analytical thinking

• Target-driven with a high level of initiative in sourcing new leads

• Disciplined, organized, and capable of working independently to achieve results
