As a Telesales Operations team member, you will be responsible for driving sales through phone-based outreach, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in reaching sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the telesales team in executing strategies. Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers. • Achieve sales targets and KPIs by promoting products/services and generating leads. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Input and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems. • Provide solutions to customer inquiries and address any issues or concerns. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on business goals. • Ensure smooth telesales operations by managing time efficiently and prioritizing tasks. Requirements: - Previous 2 years' experience in telesales, customer service, or similar roles. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to handle objections and upsell products/services. - Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). - Excellent problem-solving skills and customer focus. • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities. - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
