Hi, our client (Multinational Online Transportation Company) are looking for Telesales!

Work Loc: Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta

Benefit: UMP Jakarta gross, Attendance Allowance

Duration: 6 months, possible to extend

Requirements:

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role for at least 6 consecutive months

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to understand products and explain them to prospective customers

• Conduct sales ethically, recommending products relevant to user needs

• Be a self-starter and proactive in managing time and targets

• High attention to detail and accuracy on data recording

• Minimum able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in English

Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential or existing customers to promote Company products & services

• Asking questions to understand customer requirements

• Emphasize product features to highlight how they support customer requirements

• Answering questions about products and features

• Walking customers through product setup

• Working against targets to achieve sales and conversions

• Keep records of calls and outcomes

• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships

• Hustle and have fun!

We'll conduct english test, excel test, and typing skill test.
