Contacting potential or existing customers to promote Grab products & services

Asking questions to understand customer requirements

Emphasize product features to highlight how it supports customer requirements

Answering questions about products and features Walking customers through product setup

Working against targets to achieve sales and conversions

Keep records of calls and outcomes

Follow up with customers to maintain relationships

Hustle and have fun!

Your qualifications and skills:

Proven experience as telesales representative

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to understand products and explain them to prospective customers

Conduct sales ethically, recommending products relevant to user needs

Be a self-starter and proactive in managing time and targets

High attention to detail and accuracy on data recording

Have a competitive edge and thrive in a team environment

Excellent written/typing and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (ID) Degree is a must
