Key Responsibilities: • Develop, shoot, edit, and publish engaging TikTok content that aligns with our client's Personal Branding objectives. • Stay up-to-date on the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithm updates. • Generate ideas for content that captures current trends, company updates, and products. • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate TikTok content with broader marketing campaigns. • Analyze and report on the performance of TikTok content, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. • Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages to foster community growth. • Experiment with different formats and techniques to produce compelling and unique videos. Requirements: • Experience: Proven experience in content creation for TikTok or other social media platforms, with a strong portfolio of TikTok videos. • Creativity: Strong sense of creativity and ability to produce engaging content that captures attention within seconds. • TikTok Knowledge: In-depth understanding of TikTok, its features, tools, and trends. • Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere) and tools that enhance TikTok content. • Storytelling Ability: Excellent ability to tell stories in a visually engaging and fun manner. • Language: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus. • Team Player: Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team. • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and incorporate them into content.
