Role Description This is a PAID INTERNSHIP role with 6 months contract for a Tiktok Intern at Secondate. The intern will be responsible for: • Create and post one engaging TikTok video daily (one content per day, including weekends) aligning with marketing objectives. • Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and chats in a timely and professional manner. • Brainstorm creative ideas for weekly TikTok content plans and develop a moodboard to guide content creation. • Mirror and adapt Instagram content for TikTok to maintain consistency across platforms. • Monitor and manage day-to-day activities on TikTok, including addressing customer complaints and inquines. • Serve as the liaison for TikTok campaigns, coordinating product launches, promotional campaigns, and other project-related tasks. • Assist in onboarding and analyzing influencers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for TikTok endorsements and partnerships. • Help to manage community for SecondateParty on TikTok • Host live TikTok sessions for 1 hour each day (including weekends) Qualifications • Able to work from office every Tuesday per week • Able to attend other places for content creation matters & brand campaign matters with social media team • Experience in creating Tiktok content and engaging with followers • Creativity and ability to think outside the box • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team • Interest in the beauty industry • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • Commited to work and a responsible individual
