Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities:
Short Video Production: Responsible for shooting short-form videos for the TikTok platform, focusing on children’s English products (e.g., English grammar books). Design and film across multiple scenarios such as classroom teaching, parent-child interaction, and product demonstrations. Ensure clear visuals and platform-optimized aesthetics to enhance video appeal and engagement.
AI Scriptwriting: Utilize AI tools (e.g., AI script generation software) to create engaging and informative video scripts. Incorporate trending English learning topics and user interests to produce creative, educational, and shareable content. Adapt and refine scripts based on actual shooting requirements to balance practicality and storytelling effectiveness.
Content Planning & Coordination: Participate in pre-production planning by developing creative scene ideas and shooting concepts aligned with the account’s positioning (e.g., Vietnamese English learning content). Collaborate with the operations team to confirm video themes and ensure content aligns closely with product promotion and user needs.
Production Management: Oversee the entire video shooting process, including prop preparation, set arrangement, and camera coordination. Manage on-site challenges efficiently to maintain smooth progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality video footage.
Post-Production Collaboration: Work closely with the video editing team, providing relevant context and input for editing. Assist in optimizing video pacing, tone, and overall presentation to ensure the final output aligns with TikTok’s algorithmic and audience preferences, thereby improving viewership and conversion rates.
