• Define, create, and manage all content production, including awareness, consideration, and sales conversion content
• Responsible for the growth of the brand's TikTok account
• Research identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations
• Handling the end-to-end process of content production, including coordinating with necessary team members and reviewing content performance
• Provide weekly report with insights of content performance in terms of ROI and recommended next steps

Requirements
•	Have a working experience in Content creator, Content Planning, Social Media Specialist roles.
* ⁠Strong understanding of TikTok platform and their best practices
•	Fluent in English both oral and written
•	Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Communication or related major
•	Having a broad knowledge of beauty is preferred
•	Outstanding communication skills is a must
•	Strategic and creative thinker, able to analyze good content and innovate to help achieve brand objectives
