Trade Excecution Administrator

Job Description :

1. Handle comodity buying process & selling process trade execution operations.

2. Monitoring comodity stock opname.

3. Maintain relationship with cross departments (Production, legal, finance, tax, etc.)

4. Handle contract performance, comodity delivery documents, risk management, operation, logistic controls, and customer service.

5. Handle invoicing to vendor or third party.

6. Analyze the situation, proactive in identifying problems and reporting to the User.

7. Handle shipping insurance.

8. Input comodity buying selling transaction data into the SAP system.

Candidates Requirement :

1. Minimum D3 graduate majoring in Business Administration, Management, or similar.

2. Minimum 1 year experience as sales administrator , operational administrator , or logistics administrator.

3. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

4. Being able to operate SAP software will be an advantage.

5. Thorough, honest and hardworking.
