Training Planning & Execution Trainer

We are looking for a Training Planning & Execution Trainer to join our team in Jakarta! If you have experience in training planning and execution, especially in the smartphone industry, this is your chance to be part of a leading global tech company!

Qualifications:

1+ years of training experience, preferably in smartphones

Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Experience in similar training programs Strong presentation and communication skills

Ability to manage training sessions and evaluations

Good understanding of training methods

Can work under pressure

Strong leadership and self-motivation High self-confidence

Bachelor’s degree

Based in Jakarta

Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver both classroom and in-store training

Ensure each training session meets participants’ unique needs

Oversee the entire training process, from pre- to post-training evaluation

Use editing software like Canva, CapCut, and VN to create engaging training content

Combine strategic planning with creative execution for impactful training outcomes
