Translator China dan Personal Assistant

This is a full-time role for a Translator Mandarin & Personal Assistant at PT Sam Bound Mitra Indonesia based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be responsible for providing high-quality translation services between Mandarin and Indonesia, English is a plus, as well as supporting the executive team with a range of personal assistant duties. What you'll be doing Translate correspondence, documents, and other materials between Mandarin and Indonesia with a high degree of accuracy Provide interpretation services during meetings and other business interactions Handle administrative tasks Act as the main point of contact for the executive, responding to inquiries and forwarding information as needed Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned What we're looking for Bachelor or Master’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in translation or interpretation (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply). Fluency in both Mandarin and Indonesia, English is a plus with excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong translation and interpretation abilities, with experience in a professional setting Proficient in the use of office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities and multitask Proven track record of providing high-quality administrative support to senior-level executives Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
