✅ General Qualifications for Mandarin Translator

1. Minimum Education:

   • Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Literature / Mandarin Language / Mandarin Education or any related major

   • Graduates from universities in China/Taiwan are an added advantage

2. Language Proficiency:

   • Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin (Han Zi & Pinyin)

   • Able to translate both formal and informal documents from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa

   • Capable of interpreting (verbal translation) during meetings or direct communication

3. Experience:

   • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a translator or interpreter (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome to apply)

   • Experience in manufacturing, trading, or import-export industries is a plus

4. Additional Skills:

   • Proficient in using computers and office applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

   • Detail-oriented, good communication skills, and able to work under pressure

   • Flexible working hours if required to attend meetings or accompany guests from China
