Job Qualifications:

Have good skills in Mandarin or Chinese (certified is a plus) both orally and in writing (can listen, speak, read, write).

Have good ability to analyse and solve problems (problem-solving skills), have high flexibility, creative thinking skills, and good time management skills.

Have a sense of responsibility towards work, work effectively, can work under pressure.

Strong professionalism and good teamwork ability

Have good communication and coordination skills

Have strict logical thinking ability and comprehensive analysis and judgment ability

Strong in planning and coordination ability

Have ability for multitasking work

Computer literate and Microsoft office (word, excel, power point).

Have a desire to grow and learn longer to work in our company.

Job Responsibilities:

Work includes translating documents both orally and in writing.

Participating in other departmental arrangements and completing other work given by superiors

Work with Managerial to establish policy and management system in department level.

Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence

Responsible for the drafting of documents in the manager's daily business work

Responsible for reserve the accommodation & transportation of business travel's

Assist in arranging travel itineraries and preparing the documents

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Handle any other works when needed
