Key Responsibilities • UI/UX Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma for web and mobile applications. • Website Development: Utilize web builders (such as Elementor, Brizy, Webflow, Framer or similar) to implement designs into fully functional websites. • 3D Integration: Implement Blender for UI/UX enhancements, animations, and interactive experiences when required. • User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to refine user flows and optimize digital experiences. • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, marketers, and other designers to bring ideas to life with precision and innovation. • Brand Consistency: Ensure all UI/UX components align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement. Requirements • Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects. • Proficiency in Figma (including auto layout, component libraries, and prototyping). • Experience with web builders such as Elementor, Brizy, Webflow, Framer or similar. • Advanced skills in Blender for 3D design, animations, and interactive UI elements. • Deep understanding of UX principles and human-centered design methodologies. • Comunicate in English (both spoken and written) for effective communication with global clients and teams. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Preferred Skills (Bonus Points) • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better collaboration with developers. • Experience in motion design and Ul animations. • Knowledge of Al-driven design tools.
