Utility Chief

Qualifications:

• Graduated with an associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (required).

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in utility/facility management.

• Knowledge of power systems, boilers, water treatment, and fire safety.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in factory utility operations.

• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance.

• Ability to analyze energy consumption and optimize utility efficiency.

Role:

Oversees all utility operations, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted services for factory operations. Develops maintenance strategies, manages staff, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all utility operations (electrical, water, boilers, fire safety, maintenance, etc.).

• Develop maintenance schedules and strategies to prevent breakdowns.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.

• Monitor energy and resource consumption, implementing cost-saving measures.

• Coordinate with other departments for utility-related needs.

• Oversee emergency response plans for power outages, fire hazards, or equipment failures.
