Utility Engineering Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise, coordinate, and monitor utility plant activities; maintains equipment and performs related duties to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of low- and high-pressure boilers, WTP, WWTP, Power Room and Genset. Oversee operation of plant domestic water systems in accordance with law and effects changes as directed by qualified Water Systems Operators; supervise routine industrial steam, water and condensate systems analysis and chemical treatment of industrial water systems. Coordinate activities and programs with those of other divisions in Engineering Daily reporting to maintenance manager related duties. Plan, schedule, and monitor all work being performed by contractors and physical plant employees within area of responsibility. Ensure proper documentation of operations activities or incident reports. Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, housekeeping responsibilities and QRMP operating procedures. Responsible for the implementation of ISO 22000 in the plant area. Flexibility to adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required. REQUIREMENT Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, Electrical, or related field 3 years or more experience in related field Understand and able to implement laws, and regulations governing the water/collection systems. Strong planning/organizational skills and communication skills Understanding of requirements and importance of documentation Can understand and create SOPs, OPLs Good computer literacy
