UX Researcher

Gather insights about users through new studies and review of existing product datas Create, analyze, and execute research plan to collect user feedback and insight for a certain product Conduct and manage user research, user testing, A/B testing, and usability studies Compile finished and well-documented research findings to deliver meaningful and actionable insights for improving, designing existing or new products Be the voice of the user in your team, ensuring that the product we deliver solve the user problems while meeting commercial need along side with Product Manager and Product Designer Advising on the most appropriate research method based on your experience to improve the research quality B.A./B.S. in Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, or other related fields or equivalent practical experience Minimum of +2 years hands-on UI/UX, UX Researcher, preferable to have working experience in user research Humility, zero egos, excellent collaborative spirit, have an eagerness to learn, help, and share Curiosity to explore creative solutions and try new things and validate your research, either through quantitative or qualitative research Good understanding with the platform that you are researching (iOS, Android, Web, etc.) Understanding and experience in implementing and creating research and data collection plans for user experience testing and acceptance Deep understanding of behavioral analysis and statistical concepts Exceptional written and oral communication skills: clear, efficient, and friendly communication Have knowledge how to create research plan Can prioritize time between multiple projects, and be flexible by adapting to changing schedules and different projects
