Qualifications:

1. Majored in Psychology, HCI, Communication, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. 3–5 years of experience in a related field.

3. Experienced in conducting research for mobile apps or websites.

Allow to use Key Tools & Methodologies :

1. Research Tools: Online Surveys, User In-Depth Interviews, Usability Testing (both online, unmoderated, and moderated), and Observational Studies.

2. Collaboration Tools: Jira, Figma, Figjam, Maze.co, Lyssna and other relevant research and design platforms.

Job Description :

1. Research Planning: Design and plan comprehensive user research projects using a variety of methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and observational studies.

2. Behaviour Analysis: Analyse user behaviour through both qualitative and quantitative research methods to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

3. Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations that summarize research findings, insights, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with business owners, product owners, Business Analysts, UI/UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the development of user-centric designs.

5. Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to align on user needs and business goals, helping to shape user personas and journey maps based on research findings.
