ABOUT THE ROLE

We're building Nosstory, a kids' nose-relief patch brand for Indonesian parents. We need someone who can own short-form content end to end: concept, direct, appear on camera, edit, publish, and grow the account organically.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ideate, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video on Instagram and TikTok — including hooks, captions, and posting strategy

• Engage with the audience in comments: answer questions, build relationships with the mom community, and feed what you learn back into content

• Track what performs and adjust the content direction accordingly

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years growing social media accounts organically (IG/TikTok) — with proof of views, follower and engagement growth you personally drove

• Able to direct, be the on-camera talent, and edit short-form video independently

• Comfortable and confident in-frame; strong verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia

• Familiar with AI tools for e-commerce content (image generation, product insertion/compositing into video)

• Reading-level English (for AI tools and documentation) Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate

PREFERRED (PLUS POINTS)

• Track record creating content for parents, especially new moms with toddlers

• Is a mother herself

  Note on the role: This position is the face of the brand on camera. Our audience is Indonesian mothers of toddlers, and portfolio fit with that audience is a significant factor in selection.

HOW WE MEASURE THIS ROLE

You own the strategy and the calendar. We don't set posting quotas or video counts — we look at whether you're shipping consistently, learning from what performs, and whether the account is compounding. Directionally, 20,000 organic followers in year one is what good looks like.
