- Minimum (1) year of experience in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of editing principles and production software. - Creative thinking ability to translate raw footage and script into high-quality content. - The eyes for attention-grabbing shots and elements. - Proficiency in memes creation is a plus. - Information ordering ability to place scenes in intriguing narrative structures. - Demonstrable capacity to communicate impactful messages with a strong portfolio. - The grit and time management skills to work in accordance with strict deadlines. - Prior experience or projects in motion graphics. - Produce and edit short and long-form videos for Nafas social media accounts and promotional marketing. - Ensure consistency in daily content production, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. - Implement and level-up creative notes from production to post-production process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives. - Taking ownership of video ideation and creation. - Tuned in to the latest video marketing trends.
