Video Production Lead

-Lead and manage the video production team Collaborate with the Creative Director and other team members to develop creative concepts for video projects that meet client needs and align with the company's branding and marketing strategies. -Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. -Direct and oversee all aspects of video production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production. -Ensure that video content is delivered at the highest quality, and meets or exceeds client expectations. -Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, social media, and design, to ensure that video content is integrated effectively into broader marketing and communications strategies. -Manage equipment and resources necessary for video production, and ensure that they are properly maintained and utilized. -Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production, and continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and improvement.
