Visa Marketing

We are looking for a target-oriented Marketing Officer with excellent Skills to join the Home Visa Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for actively promoting and marketing Indonesian immigration and legal services (such as e-VOA, Single-Entry Visas, Multiple Entry Visas, ITAS/KITAS, PT PMA establishment, and more) to foreign nationals visiting or living in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Canvassing & Field Marketing (Door-to-Door): Conduct direct field visits to potential locations (restos, co-working spaces, villas, activity centers, and local business spots) to introduce Home Visa Solutions services.

• Communication & Relationship Building: Actively reach out to and build strong relationships with potential foreign clients, venue managers.

• Consultative Education & Guidance: Identify clients' residency and visa needs, providing basic and accurate advice on suitable visa options in compliance with Indonesian immigration regulations.

• Lead Generation: Actively prospect for new leads in the field, gather contact information, and follow up effectively to convert leads into closed deals.

• B2B Outreach & Strategic Partnerships: Build referral partnership networks with local business owners, property managers, or real estate agents who frequently interact with foreign nationals.

• Reporting & Evaluation: Maintain daily logs of field visits and leads generated, and regularly submit performance reports to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language Proficiency:

  • English (Fluent/Active): Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact directly with foreign clients.

  • Bahasa Indonesia: Fluent and professional communication skills.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Direct Sales, Door-to-Door Marketing, or Field Sales.

• Interpersonal Skills: Analytical mindset, good problem-solving skills, confident, highly communicative, persuasive, and able to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds (cross-cultural skills).
