JOB DESC : Create, maintain, and update in-store displays to align with brand standards and seasonal campaigns. Ensure all visual elements reflect Tulola's brand identity and storytelling. Collaborate with the MD team to showcase key collections effectively. Weekly rotatoion to inspect and display retail spaces to maintain an attractive, and interesting display to increase foot traffic Oversee and execute event setups, including product displays, decorations, and layouts, ensuring a polished presentation. Work with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to source materials and manage logistics for events. address last-minute challenges during events with poise and resourcefulness. Execute tasks efficiently within set timelines. Assist in teardown and post-event evaluations to improve future executions. EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in visual merchandising and event execution, with a portfolio showcasing your work. Strong eye for detail, design, and brand alignment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external partners. Comfortable with hands-on tasks, including lifting and setting up displays. Resourceful and capable of handling unforeseen challenges on the spot. Maintain a positive, drama-free attitude under pressure. Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
