Visual Merchandising Executive

Responsibilities • Support the execution of new store openings, store rejuvenations, and VM projects in line with approved concepts and guidelines. • Support the implementation of monthly campaigns, product launches, events, booths, and marketing activations across stores. • Assist in maintaining VM standards and visual consistency across stores. • Work closely with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and store teams to support smooth VM implementation. • Assist with VM reporting, guidelines, training, and ongoing improvements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Interior Design, or related field. • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle, or FMCG. • Good understanding of VM principles, retail display, and brand standards. • Strong project coordination, communication, organization, and follow-up skills. • Proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on, and willing to travel for store visits when required. • Placement in Padang Galak, Denpasar.
