Position: Floor Staff Trainee

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Floor Staff Trainees.

Training Period:

* 3–6 months training program

* Meal and transport allowance provided

* Service charge provided during the training period

* Certificate of Completion after successfully completing the training program

* Opportunity to continue working with the company based on performance

Responsibilities:

* Assist guests and provide excellent service

* Learn food & beverage service procedures

* Support daily operations on the floor area

* Maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction

* Work closely with the service team, kitchen, and other departments

Requirements:

* Minimum age 19 years old

* Must be able to communicate in English

* Good attitude and willingness to learn

* Responsible and hardworking

* Good communication skills
