- At least 1 year of experience in Hospitality/ FOH / F&B Operations - Basic knowledge of popular Indonesian & Western menus is required - Working knowledge of English Language is required - Ability to uphold service and product standards (S.O.Ps & Workflows) - Mastery / fluency in P.O.S systems (esp.
